We believe in the essence of human spirit. Life's paths bring people into our houses and/or businesses, as tenants, cleaning teams, tradesmen, interior designers and so on. We are grateful for these encounters. Everybody's well-being is EQUALLY important.
Tenants: having a safe shelter is a fundamental human need and the bedrock for further life experiences, like having a career, enjoying time with loved ones.
Golden Let maintains its properties to the highest standards and answers to maintenance request in the fastest way possible. The team treats tenants like how we want to be treated ourselves. We are proud to provide our tenants a place to call "your home", where life's stories unfold.
Staffs & contractors: a business is only as good as its people. We look after our employees and contractors, like how we want to be looked after.
Golden Let pays all staff and contractors on time, in full. Our tenants rave about the cleaning standards and friendliness of the maintenance team. We do NOT believe in "work hard, play hard". Work and play shouldn't separate and nothing in life should really be hard. Our teams enjoy what they do and give their best. That is the work environment and the world we want to foster.
We give priorities to hiring women with children who need flexible working hours, to help them stay in the work force. Let's admit, the world can be a better place with a bit more feminine energy.
ENVIRONMENTAL VALUES
PAPERLESS PROCESSES - all records are electronic to keep the trees where they are meant to be.
TOXINS FREE FURNISHING - all decorations, paint and furniture are from reputable suppliers. Each time we make a purchase, we are making a statement towards what we want in our world. When we give our business to those with sustainable practice, we cast our vote.
REGULAR CLEANING - all our houses are regularly cleaned by our in-house cleaning team. To ensure the communal area are kept tidy and clean, minimising contamination.
RECYCLING - a rota is set up in each house to recycle responsibly. It is a small effort that makes a big difference.
